There have been a lot of rumours that Clearstep the invisible brace company have gone bust, at the time of writing this, nothing is confirmed, but I hope for the sake of all the patients who are having this treatment, that this is not the case!
I myself have prescribed Clearstep treatment for a good number of my clients, and they will be asking me directly “what about my teeth, they are not straight.” – I would, if I was a patient, and spent a good amount on my treatment!
What Will We Do?
Luckily, as I have a lot of experience with clear braces, and traditional braces, we should be able to finish off the treatment for our clients, even if this means that we switch to a different braces system for a few months.
What if my dentist cannot do this?
I think ultimately, you will need to pay for someone to finish off your treatment. At The Kensington Clinic, we are happy to have a consultation with you to see how we can help, if you can prove that you are in the middle of Clearstep treatment, and your dentist cannot help, then we probably can. Come for a consultation, and we can discuss the options, and it may be we can finish your treatment off at a very reduced treatment fee.
What will it cost?
This is impossible to say, I would guess that most cases can be finished for less than £1000, and in almost all cases, we can do it in a fraction of the time that it would have taken with Clearstep.
